The Atkins Diet
The first diet I found success with was The Atkins Diet which consists of eating a lot of carbs. I was feeling run down and tired before starting and right away I started to see a difference in the way I felt and more energized. I was able to drop twenty pounds in a few months and it felt good. After awhile I was tired of eating all the meat, eggs and cheese that I could and didn't feel the variety was really there. In other words, it was easy in the beginning as I was eating all the things I really loved but it got really boring so I started eating everything I shouldn't have and started putting the baggage back on.
